Beginners Guided Meditation | Suitable for all
Welcome to this simple beginners meditation. In todays session we will be focusing on the physical aspects of meditation, beginning with our posture. Then our instructor Martine Niven will help you though a simple guided practice, using the Tibetan sound bowl to help calm and focus the mind. We are joined in todays session by two students from Southampton University who came along to experience the session and to see if it could be beneficial for their studies and exams times.
