Introduction
Tong Bei Quan is one of a very earliest Shaolin Kung Fu styles originated from within the Shaolin Temple China. This Form is also known as ‘Through Back Fist’ or ‘Through Back Boxing’. The fundamental character of the form is to express the internal, explosive power by using stretch arms and legs through the back. Shaoilin Tong Bei Quan combines the characteristics of the traditional Shaolin Kung Fu together incorporates many techniques of the upper and lower body including arm blocks and attacks using punches, kicks, pushes, hooks, jumps and spins. The form is a powerful and distinctive traditional Shaolin Kung Fu form, which requires agility, power, and flowing when performed and practiced.
