Introduction to what is Sanda and explained the basic history

Part one: stretch

For this class it was covered under the warm up session

Part two: foundation

  1. Basic fighting stance with left or right leg lead
  2. Basic forward and backward movement
  3. Basic sideways movement

Part three: technique

  1. The jab – learning the basics of this straight punch off both the left and right lead hand

Finish with press-ups and ab work followed by cool down
